How to find my postings?
•Ads posted via self-posting kits must be completed via a link sent to you by email. Unless this process is completed the ad will not appear on the site.
•Make sure you are looking in the correct category (for example: skilled trade services vs. skilled trade jobs, general for sale vs. general community).
•Postings are generally ordered chronologically. Make sure you are looking under the correct date and appropriate time.
•Postings may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, marcheslibres staff, or community moderation, for reasons including failure to comply with terms of use, posting guidelines, and/or community norms.
•If you are unable to locate your ad using a keyword search, make sure that the keyword in question actually appears in the text of the ad.
•Postings eventually expire
Why I still did not receive a confirmation e-mail?
If you have successfully submitted your posting and still have not received the email to publish your post, here are some things to consider:
•If you are using a free email account (like Hotmail and Yahoo), make sure you have not exceeded your mailbox storage limit, and check your bulk/junk/spam mail folder(s).
•Make sure you entered your email address correctly on the posting form - it only takes one typo!
•Some email providers and ISPs have implemented "spam filters" which we have found are often badly designed or misconfigured.
•Network problems between ISPs can delay email transmission, sometimes for many hours - consider stretching, getting some fresh air and checking back later.
Why my postings deleted?
There are 4 possible reasons:
•Your posting expired.
•Your posting was flagged for removal by Marcheslibres staff.
•Your posting was removed by staff.
•You deleted the posting yourself.
Are there any fees for buying or selling an item?
There is no registration fees , no set up fee or monthly fee for posting items. It is absolutely free.
Does marches libres charges for advertising?
Yes. Please click on the top menu bar where it says “Advertise” to find out our prices. We provide a competitive price comparing to other online marketing websites.
I self-published my posting but I don't see it on the list?
For free postings it takes approximately 15 minutes from the time you self-publish the posting until it appears on the site. If your posting does not appear in the category where you posted it, try to REFRESH or RELOAD your browser. The refresh/reload option is usually located along the top of your browser. If you do not see it there, try clicking the right button on your mouse. If you do not refresh/reload, you might not be seeing the most current version of the page and you will not see your posting.
